Protecting skin against UVA and UVB rays

As all we know, the sun is necessary for all our human beings and plants, the sun’s UV rays help your body make this nutrient, which is important for your bones, blood cells, and immune system. It also helps you take in and use certain minerals,

But, you also have to know more in order to protect yourself, your family, You’d better wear clothing with SPF protection, the higher SPF protection rate is better, regular 50+ SPF is best, Both UVA and UVB rays have detrimental effects on the skin but the intensity of UVA rays is rather constant throughout the day whereas the intensity of UVB fluctuates. The sun protection factor (SPF) ranking system for sunscreens is based on the level of UVB protection the product offers. However, products containing the UVA protection symbol have to provide a minimum level of UVA protection. The ratio should be 1:3 for UVA: UVB protection.

Too much time outside without protection can not only make you more likely to get skin cancer, it can make your skin age faster, too, causing wrinkles, a leathery texture, and dark spots. And sunburned skin uses white blood cells from your immune system to heal. That can affect your body’s ability to fight off germs and make you more likely to get sick.

So be carefull when you are exposed on sun in a long term.
